2022-2023 Young Leaders Employee Resource Group (ERG) Executive Speed Talk Series

The purpose of the event is for ERG members to connect with company executives, strengthen relations between levels of the company, and learn great leadership skills from some of our best!  

MacArthur School Career Day

I have represented Hyundai at the past four MacArthur School Career Day events. My presentation focused on sharing my career journey, valuable lessons I have learned along the way, and marketing career options at Hyundai.

2020 Conference for Women Speaker

I was selected to speak alongside a colleague and several Hyundai Executives at the 2020 Conference for Women. My presentation focused on the importance of personal branding and provided helpful tips to inspire other women on improving their personal brand.

Vice Chair of Communications, Women@Hyundai Employee Resource Group (ERG)

The Women@Hyundai ERG is a positive and inclusive environment empowering female employees, customers, and business partners. As the VC of Communications, I managed all the ERG communications to members and business partners, which included quarterly newsletters, development session information and event announcements. In 2019, I collaborated with the Women@Hyundai Chairs, participating Hyundai Executives and sponsorship partners to execute the first company-wide Women’s Equality Day event with prominent guest speaker, Stephanie McMahon.

#HyundaiLife Ambassador

The #HyundaiLife Ambassador Program consists of a select group of Hyundai employees who promote work culture and Hyundai products through their own social networks. As a #HyundaiLife Ambassador, I have won several contests and have been awarded opportunities to attend several Hyundai activations and events on behalf of the brand.

Career Experience Day Speaker

I have represented Hyundai at three Career Experience Day events. As an event speaker, I shared the of how I started my career in the automotive industry and provided key takeaways to help inspire students to pursue their passions, get experience early and believe in their ideas - just as I did.

Women in STEM Motorsports Virtual Event

in 2020 and 2021, I organized two Hyundai Women in STEM Motorsports Virtual Events for female STEM students to learn about the engineer career opportunities in motorsports and provide details on the Hyundai Women in STEM scholarships. I developed all event communications with the purpose to spread awareness to local high schools, colleges and universities. We collaborated with Bryan Herta Autosport to organize our event speakers, which included:

• Hyundai Motorsports driver, Taylor Hagler,

• Bryan Herta Lead Engineers, Justin Jang and Kyle Compton

• Bryan Herta STEM student interns, Megan Ryder and Jennifer Paul

• Hyundai Motorsports lead, Ross Rosenburg

• Women@Hyundai Chair, Tia Battle

• Women@Hyundai Vice Chair, Eliana Lescaille (formally Eliana Campos-Dominguez)

Mariners Church Tech Team

Using Adobe Presenter, I organized the church service presentation content that would display on stage during Sunday Service.
