I am a digital marketer with a wide range of experience in strategy and execution. I started my career in the automotive industry in 2011 and created the first digital marketing department at a major automotive dealership group while also attending school full-time. After receiving a bachelor’s degree in business, I was offered a position at an automotive agency to lead the management of two national digital marketing programs for Toyota and Lexus. I used a data-driven strategy to effectively execute the program and drive business results. In 2016 I was hired to be the Digital Marketing Manager for Hyundai Motor America, where I also served a two-year term as the Vice Chair of Communications for the Women@Hyundai Employee Resource Group (ERG). In 2022, I was promoted to Senior Manager of Owner Marketing, where I led the development of a multi-tiered marketing strategy for vehicle ownership, connected car telematics, customer education, vehicle quality, and safety campaigns. I also served as the Chair for the Hyundai and Genesis Young Leaders Employee Resource Group (ERG).
In late 2023, I joined Kia America as Senior Digital & Social Media Manager, where I now lead national digital media, social media, and creator and influencer partnership strategy. I oversee performance across paid social, video, and always-on programs, partnering closely with platforms and agencies to turn data and emerging ad technology into campaigns that consistently perform above expectation. I’ve also led national vehicle launch strategy for models including the Telluride and K4 Family, and produced on-the-ground social content for Kia’s FIFA World Cup activation, one of the most exciting projects of my career so far.
In my spare time, I enjoy indulging my creative side through graphic design and social media content creation, as well as spending time at the beach with my husband, our daughters, and labradoodle. During the COVID-19 lockdown, I found an opportunity to give back by consulting new graduates and young professionals. Through my social media channels, I developed educational content as well as led video calls to help them improve their professional development and networking strategies.
